About us
Mrs Dr. Seema Anil Ingrole belongs to Kolhapur and has been living in Malaysia for the last 33 years. Even living in Malaysia, she has been doing social activities in our homeland. She authors poems and participates in poets meetings. she has her own YouTube channel and publishes poetry in it. Along with social work, she enjoys poetry and painting. After participating in some beauty pageants, she organised Swapnasundari, a beauty pageant for all aged women in Kolhapur in March 2021 and was immensely successful. The aim was to provide a new platform to women and use it to develop their confidence and personality.
She was felicitated as the Brand Ambassador of South Maharashtra in Kolhapur’s Swapnsundari event.
What Transformed Her..
After meeting Late Maai, Honourable Padmashri Sindhutai Sapkal, and with her inspiration and blessings, she started social service work. She is the Chairperson of SDR Foundation and has been doing social work through SDR Foundation for the past four years. She encouraged some of her friends to do the same by financially supporting Mai’s organization. Several programs have been implemented, like distribution of books, Uniform to students in orphanages and rural schools, assistance in paying fees to needy students in colleges, help to Kolhapur and Konkan flood victims, needy farmers, some pregnant women, and old age homes.While doing all this she has completed her BA graduation from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University in 2025.. She has received many certificates and awards for her social work so far. She received an Honorary Doctorate in Social Work from the International Internship University in May 2022.
Our Mission

Through agricultural development programs, we aim to improve livelihoods and ensure food security. We empower women by providing resources and opportunities for growth, while also offering support to disabled individuals to enhance their independence. Additionally, our bio-CNG initiatives promote environmental sustainability, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future for all.
